COMPOSITION (each kg contains)
Levofloxacin ..................... 100 g

INDICATION
For treatment against poultry diseases such as Complex Chronic Respiratory Disease, colibacillosis, infectious coryza, fowl cholera, salmonellosis, staphylococcosis, streptococcosis and other sensitive bacterial infections to levofloxacin.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTION FOR USE
Dissolve 1 g of LEVOCAP^® in 2 liters of drinking water.
Give for 3 - 5 consecutive days.

PRECAUTION
- Animals should be slaughtered 5 days after the last treatment.
