COMPOSITION (each kg contains)
Erythromycin ..................  80 g
Colistin .......................... 200,000,000 IU

INDICATION
For the treatment of poultry disease such as Complex Chronic Respiratory Disease, infectious coryza, fowl cholera, colibacillosis, staphylococcosis, streptococcosis, etc.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTION FOR USE
Dissolve 1 g of ERITROCAP^® in 1 liter of drinking water.
Give twice a day for 3 - 5 consecutive days.

PRECAUTION
- Animals should be slaughtered 5 days after the last treatment.
